I teach Christian Therapeutic Art Lessons they are not about creating a masterpiece, but the process of exploring emotions and discovering your self-worth through God's eyes.

My Approach

Christian therapeutic art teaching is a meaningful approach that combines art with Christian beliefs and spirituality.

In a safe and non-judgmental space we begin and end each art session with prayer. Inviting God to inspire and guide the creative process.

Each lesson is about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how fast the paint dries.

I offer a range of teaching services, including one-on-one sessions, workshops, and online Zoom lessons. For Zoom lessons I can send art supplies for $15.00 plus shipping. Supplies include: 3 Canvas boards, acrylic paints and paint brushes..

For in-person lessons I bring all art supplies to you. Supplies include: Canvas board, acrylic paints and paint brushes.. Acrylic paints are mainly used. However, you may bring whatever medium you are most comfortable with.

I'm an artistic soul whose passion for creativity was sparked at an early age after winning an art competition in the second grade. That moment set me on a lifelong journey of visual expression. I even met my husband at a private art college in Houston, where our shared love for creativity brought us together.

Art has truly shaped my destiny!

My goal is to help others begin a healing journey by discovering the power of art and God’s love!

I’m not a therapist, but after experiencing my own struggles with depression and anxiety, I want to show others how to use art, scripture, and prayer as an effective and transformative coping skill.

I’ve been a follower of God since 1991.

I'm a wife for 36+ years, a mother of four, and ‘Gigi‘ to two adorable grand babies!
